Saris Capital is headed by Vincent Hess, originally a business development consultant to several early adopters of the the US based securities collateralized lending industry. In 2005, Vincent founded Saris Capital, a purpose driven niche finance company dedicated to offering only the finest securities based lending and capitalization products available. Originally focusing solely on U.S. securities lending products, Vincent has expanded and enhanced his relationships at the International level enabling Saris Capital the ability to directly lend against shares and assets trading on most mature exchanges around the globe.
Senior VP, Business Development & Intake
With over 20 years of finance, lending, and transactional experience and success, Daniel brings a global list of high profile relationships and professionals to the Company. Most recently he founded and currently manages Truss Point Partners, a financial services company providing asset-backed financing to global clients. Together, Daniel and Truss Point act as the official transaction intake office for all dealflow related to Saris both on and offshore. Previously, Daniel co-created and managed a boutique wealth management firm specializing in the capital markets of Europe and Asia, while serving as a director of a publicly traded company. Prior to that, Daniel served as the president of a Swiss-based financier and family office. His area of expertise is in the creation and implementation of articulate financial solutions, while managing Company relationships and clientele.
Bringing nearly 20 years of financial, marketing, and negotiating experience, David is a former member of the United States Marine Corps, completing most of his active duty in Japan and Korea. Honorably discharged from the Corps., he went on to attend Los Angeles City College and completed his B.A. in Business at the University of Maryland. David began his financial career working for Strauch & Associates, and soon thereafter cofounded Hedgelender a successful, securities based lending firm. David left the firm in 2002 to focus on his own operations, and build a more diverse and global client base. David has closed hundreds of securities based loan transactions, and has worked with both onshore and offshore financial institutions and has traveled extensively throughout Asia and Europe.
